Stage Materials Needed

Plywood

Estimate 1.5 sheets of 4' x 8' plywood for every pair of lanes wide x 4' deep.
Example: 4 lanes wide x 12' deep would be 9 sheets of 4' x 8' plywood. We recommend 3/4" thick plywood, A/C Grade minimum.

Long 2 x 4's

These are the 2 x 4's that nest into the Profit Platforms (PP-100's).
For every pair of lanes wide you should estimate 12 linear feet of 2" x 4" for every 2 PP-100's you purchase.

These 2 x 4's need to be selected carefully to be standard construction grade or better, preferably Kiln Dried, straight and little or no crown (install with crown up).

Short 2 x 4's

These will be used between Profit Platforms PP-100's and between support links SL-200's. These 2 x 4's need to be construction grade or better. for every pair of lanes wide x 4' deep you'll need about 26 linear feet of 2 x 4's. Best yield generally will be in 8' long 2 x 4's and they are readily available.

Screws

You will need 2 #8 x 2 1/2" long Flat Head Wood Screws for every Profit Platform (PP-100) you purchase. You will also need 1 #8 x 1 1/2" long Flat Head Wood Screw for every 2 support links (SL-200) you purchase.
